Making an insurance claim is already stressful but things are not going the way you expected. Insurers are causing delays and passing you from pillar to post. Sometimes, Insurers are declining all or parts of your claim or not managing the claim as expected.
Quite often it is about preparing and presenting a valid case for your claim to get the decision you need. However, this can be complicated unless you know the industry and your insurance policy throughout.
With our involvement, we will manage your claim until the end and this includes getting involved in complaints to overturn decisions or increase settlements.
Usually, we are able to resolve matters directly with Insurers. However, if needs be, we can also escalate the claim to the Financial Ombudsman Service on your behalf.
