Our initial consultation is free and non-obligatory. The consultation should benefit both of us. We need to understand how we can help you and you need to be rest assured and confident that we can take your claim forward. 

Typically our charges are based on a small percentage of your claim and in virtually all cases, the increase in settlement will offset the amount of our fees. This arrangement is also on a ‘no win no fee’ basis which means you won’t be out of pocket should your claim not be successful.

In certain commercial policies, our fees are already included as part of the cover. We can review your policy to check this for you.
